Application for Appeals
Variances, Miscellaneous Appeals and decisions of the Code Enforcement Officer may be appealed to the Gorham Board of Appeals.
Applications for Appeal must be submitted to the Code Enforcement Office by the corresponding deadline on the schedule, found here.
The schedule can also be found on the Board of Appeals webpage.
Applicants are encouraged to make sure their applications are complete and to submit as early as possible. Please note that submitting additional supporting materials after the deadline could delay the Appeal review process.
The meetings are held "As Needed" on the third (3rd) Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm in Council Chambers at the Municipal Center and are televised.
