The Gorham Assessing Office annually establishes the value of all real and personal property for purposes of ad valorem taxation.

The Cumberland County Regional Assessing Office has contracted with the Town of Gorham to provide assessing services. Representatives from Cumberland County Assessing are available to meet with the public on an appointment basis. Town staff are also available in the Gorham Assessing Office to assist with public inquiries Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am through 5:00 pm.

Visitors may also access assessing data via a self-serve area in the Gorham Assessing Office. This area will have all assessing forms and applications, as well as access to Vision online property information and tax maps. The Cumberland County Regional Assessing Office is available by email at [email protected] or by phone at (207) 699-2475, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday to answer any questions related to assessing.
